TERMS:
Your are responsible for the rental and return of the Snowmobile.
You are also responsible to get trained on how to use the machine.
Your are responsible to have insurance in case you get into and accident.

Center are in no way shape or form responsible for any damage or dispute of your
Rental of Snowmobiles or Trailers. You agree to hold Rocky Mountain Sledders,
Wasatch Snowmobile Association and Utah Avalanche Center Harmless of any
activities you participate in.
