Dinner - Mod Show - Auction
***Note: Reservations need to be made by January 25th 2008! Past this date you may still come and join us, however, there will be no meal included.***

Upon arrival please check in with us. We will have a table set up for check in. At this time, you will get your wrist bands for dinner, your raffle tickets and auction paddles.
MOD SHOW: Starts at 4:00 pm at Zermott. (If you have a mod sled you would like to enter please call Pam at 801-963-3819 or email her at rmsledders@yahoo.com)
Silent Auction: From 5:00 pm to 8:30pm. There will be many items to choos from, so make sure you check out the silent auction table. There is also an ATM available at Zermatt and we will take checks. However, we will not be able to take credit or debit cards at the event.
DINNER: Chicken breast dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. There will be a “CASH BAR” that opens at 5:00pm and will close at 9:00 pm.
LIVE AUCTION: Will be from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Snowmobile vendors from all over the state have donated to the auction and there will be som great items to bid on. When you arrive, you will receive a bidding paddle that will be registered to your name. All payments must be made at the end of the live auction. We wil not be able to take credit or debit cards, however; there is an ATM at Zermatt. We will also accept checks.
